The role involves: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes Requirements: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Full-time with occasional weekends.
