Scaffolding charge hand — Glasgow City

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Glasgow City, Scotland. You will work on a bridge maintenance job. The role involves: • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards You should have: • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns 1+ years on the tools preferred.
