Back-of-house cleaner — San Miguel County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in San Miguel County, New Mexico. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
