Fabricator-welder wanted in Aroostook County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Aroostook County, Maine. The role involves: • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode Requirements: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
