Protective coatings painter — Lee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Lee County, North Carolina. The job is on a residential building site. You will hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller. Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
