Crane operator — Hartlepool

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane operator in Hartlepool, England. You will work at a plant hire yard. Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster The role involves load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; check for underground cables and services before digging; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. £7,700 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
