Immediate opening: surface coating operator (Ohio)

Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Fayette County, Ohio. The job is in a busy paint shop. You will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Full-time with occasional weekends.
