Elevator service technician — Kajola

Join our team: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Kajola, Oyo State. You will be based in a residential tower block. Day-to-day duties: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Rotating shifts.
