On a typical shift you will wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules; sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end.
