Join our team: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Cass County, Minnesota. The job is at an open-cast mine. Requirements: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Day to day you will work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
