Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools On the job you will handle: • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel Full-time with occasional weekends.
