Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Fauquier County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
