Spray painter (automotive) — Brown County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Brown County, Minnesota. You will be based in an automotive paint and panel workshop. The role involves: • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
