Urgent requirement: bakery assistant (North Carolina)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Columbus County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
