MIG/MAG welder — Morgan County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Morgan County, Utah. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. You will set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch. You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes We offer $24 per hour plus benefits.
