Baker — Caddo Parish

Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
