What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking 1+ years on the tools preferred.
