Heavy goods vehicle driver — Adams County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Adams County, Washington. On a typical shift you will couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels. Ideal candidate: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Current Driver CPC qualification card 5+ years on the tools preferred.
