Kitchen steward wanted in Brule County

Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
