Scullery hand — Gagarawa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Gagarawa, Jigawa State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
