We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Androscoggin County, Maine. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
