On a typical shift you will lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness. You should have: • Willing to travel between sites • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
