Bread and bun maker — Eddy County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Eddy County, North Dakota. You will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
