Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Cheyenne County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $230 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
