Dish pit attendant — Effingham County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Effingham County, Georgia. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 4+ years on the tools preferred. $29 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
