Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Hopkins County, Kentucky. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day to day you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
