Your main tasks: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness 6+ years on the tools preferred.
