Precision welder • McCracken County, Kentucky

Vacancy available: we are hiring a precision welder in McCracken County, Kentucky. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. The role involves weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; carry out 6G pipe welds where required. What we are looking for: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Own basic hand tools and PPE At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
