Cook — Clear Creek County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Clear Creek County, Colorado. The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 5+ years on the tools preferred.
