Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in El Dorado County, California. Day to day you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime 4+ years on the tools preferred.
