Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Coconino County, Arizona. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
