Rebar foreman — Walla Walla County

Join our team: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Walla Walla County, Washington. The job is on a busy residential building site. Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) On a typical shift you will fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
