Mobile crane operator — Clinton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Clinton County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a shipbuilding yard. The role involves: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control What we are looking for: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Current medical and eyesight certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred.
