Your main tasks: • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds You should have: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
