Skimming plasterer — Caldwell County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Caldwell County, North Carolina. The job is at a plastering and dry lining contractor. The role involves apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration. Requirements: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work Rotating shifts.
