Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welder in Buffalo County, Wisconsin. On a typical shift you will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise. You should have: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
