Urgent requirement: safety officer (North Dakota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety officer in Kidder County, North Dakota. The job is at a busy construction site. The role involves: • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience.
