Immediate opening: shuttering charge hand (North Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Martin County, North Carolina. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. On a typical shift you will read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line. What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Full-time with occasional weekends.
