Solar panel installer wanted in Livingston County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a solar panel installer in Livingston County, Illinois. You will be based on a school or public building roof. Requirements: • MCS or equivalent solar PV installation certification • Proven experience installing rooftop or ground-mount PV systems • Able to read PV layout drawings and wiring diagrams The role involves: • Fit roof anchors, flashings and waterproof penetrations • Carry out continuity and insulation resistance tests on strings • Commission the system and verify output on the inverter monitoring app • Lay out panel strings to match the shading and layout plan • Terminate MC4 connectors and check polarity before energizing • Label DC and AC circuits and complete the system handover pack Six days a week, one day off.
