Vacancy available: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Tarauni, Kano State. The job is in a heavy engineering unit. Requirements: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Willing to work shifts and overtime • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Day-to-day duties: • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦110,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
