Scaffolding charge hand — Wayne County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Wayne County, Missouri. The job is at a commercial fit-out project. You should have: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level You will erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
