Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites The role involves: • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action Meals and transport allowance provided.
