Great opportunity: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Waller County, Texas. The job is on a residential tower site. Day to day you will check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
