Scullery hand — Muskogee County

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Muskogee County, Oklahoma. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
