Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in McCreary County, Kentucky. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. Your main tasks: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Load and index turning tools in the turret Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
