You should have: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Willing to work outdoors in all weather Your main tasks: • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
