We are recruiting: long-haul driver (Washington)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a long-haul driver in Stevens County, Washington. You will be based at a busy distribution depot. You should have: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Current Driver CPC qualification card On the job you will handle: • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits 5+ years on the tools preferred.
