Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Hettinger County, North Dakota. The role involves: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Clear and reset tables between covers Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
