Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Butte County, Idaho. The job is in a die and mould making unit. On a typical shift you will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
