Bar bender and fixer wanted in Escambia County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Escambia County, Florida. You will lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman. You should have: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) Performance bonus on top of base pay.
